Ecstatic Dance & Potluck with All Inclusive Life
April 12 at 530pm at the Garden House
Free flow movement in the company of community and great music in a setting surrounded by nature. All of you is welcome. Dance, stretch, walk, lay… Ecstatic dance is a tool to calm the mind and move energy through the body. Join us and see what it’s about!

All ages. All backgrounds. All abilities. All expressions. All inclusive.

Following dance & dinner we will have a fire circle! Bring your instruments, songs, poems, prayers, questions, etc. We will have an impromptu open mic style circle session around the fire after dinner on the 12th at our upcoming ecstatic dance & potluck.
Bring your own songs, favorite covers you'd like to share, and/or songs we can learn and sing together (call & response style). Bring your own poems or a favorite author's you'd like to share, prompt style questions to invite connection and conversation, prayers or shares of any sort about transitions, new chapters, what you're letting go of or welcoming in, etc... Sharing is encouraged, but there is zero pressure, come along just to listen and join in as well!

Women’s Storytelling Circle with Leslie Tello

This circle is for women, femmes and non binary folks of all ages to come together to share, reflect and connect in community.
